The Tingley Premier G2™ PVC Composite Toe Electrical Hazard Knee Boot stands up to harsh conditions associated with food processing, chemical and petroleum industries. And the Premier boots are available in sizes for men and women.
First, these boots meet ASTM 2413 standards for impact and compression, keeping toes protected. The composite material in the safety toe is non-metallic, so it won't transfer cold and allows easy pass through metal detectors. And these boots meet the same standard for electrical hazard resistance.
At a 15 inch height, these PVC boots are easy to pull on with Calf Relief Expansion (CRE)™ technology that gives you an extra 1.5 inches of stretch. A cutline at 12 inches allows you to customize the height of these boots. The brick red seamless upper is 100% waterproof. The boot is also thermally-insulative, meaning that tiny air bubbles within the material work to keep feet warm in the cold and cooler in hot conditions, yet remains flexible in cold temperatures.
A cream-color Chevon-Plus® outsole provides slip-resistance on wet-contaminated and wet-clean surfaces. And as an added benefit, tread wear indicators help you to identify when half the tread is worn away. The beveled heel reduces back and leg strain and definition allows for climbing. Protective Toe
Impact testing determines the amount of protection to the toe under various foot pounds of force. Compression testing determines the amount of static pressure a steel/composite toe cap can withstand. Our boots are I75/C75

Footwear is built with nail-free construction to help insulate you from the ground to slow down conduction, but is not intended to be primary protection against electric shock. Leather footwear must be dry. Our electrical hazard boots meet and exceed ASTM electrical hazard standards.
