Footwear is constructed of materials that, when in contact with properly grounded floor surfaces, will safely discharge static build-up through the shoe to the floor. Our testing experience contributed to the SD standard established in Section 6 of the ANSI Z41 and carried over to the current ASTM standards.
CSA Approved - Grade 1 Protective Toe only
Grade 1 protective toe withstands impacts up toe 125 Joules. Comparable to a 22.7 kg (50lb) weight dropped from 0.6 m.

Mellow Walk knows how to engineer safety shoes that keep feet safe in a multitude of conditions. Made in Canada, these work shoes feature stylish full-grain leather uppers with reflective trim and have perfectly engineered dual density polyurethane outsoles with Dri-Lex® moisture wicking linings to keep feet safe and dry in work conditions.
These shoes meet CAN/CSA Z195-11 safety standards and have a CSA Static Dissipative Yellow label that indicates these shoes protect against static buildup or discharge. These shoes also have a CSA blue patch that meets standards for having a Grade 1 protective toe.
