One of the key features of the Nautilus athletic work shoe is its lightweight rubber outsole and molded EVA midsole bottom for extra cushioning and support. The combination of these items along with the other features allows this style to meet ASTM F2413 PT Class 75 Protective Toe footwear standards for Impact & Compression resistance while being a lightweight safety shoe.
In addition to meeting ASTM standards and having a composite toe, this women's Nautilus athletic shoe is pink, complies with electrical hazard standards and is geared to those areas dealing with electronic component assembly.
An additional feature of this Nautilus shoe is that it is rupture and slip-resistant on a variety of surfaces and has no metal exposed on the outside, providing a mar resistant aspect that is often sought by the automotive industry to help protect car interiors.
Impact testing determines the amount of protection to the toe under various foot pounds of force. Compression testing determines the amount of static pressure a steel/composite toe cap can withstand. Our boots are I75/C75
Footwear is built with nail-free construction to help insulate you from the ground to slow down conduction, but is not intended to be primary protection against electric shock. Leather footwear must be dry. Our electrical hazard boots meet and exceed ASTM electrical hazard standards.
Constructed using no metal material or parts. Perfect for working environments that require passing through metal detectors.
