Rocky Core - Durability Waterproof Wellington Boot
The upper of this Rocky Core Wellington was built with a combination of fabrics and materials to provide you with an extremely durable work boot. The full-grain leather that is positioned on the foot and along the top trim is durable yet feels remarkably soft. The nylon on the shaft also has tremendous durability (900 Denier) but it does an excellent job at providing breathability into these brown boots. The high-abrasion rubber, placed on the back of the heel, protects the footwear against abrasions and allows you to kick these pull-on boots off with the other foot without damaging the leather.
When the rain is pouring down, mud gets sloshed around so easily and you find yourself drenched at the end of the day. Regardless of the weather conditions or the setting, the interior of these 10" work boots is guaranteed to remain dry, because they have been built with Rocky Waterproof construction.
By attaching the outsole to the upper with Goodyear welt construction, it enhances the footwear's durability and allows you to have these Wellington boots resoled; this prevents you from throwing them out and having to go look for a new pair of boots once the outsole has worn down. Comfort and durability stem from the bottom of these work boots; the outsole is made from a combination of polyurethane and rubber, there are also rugged lugs affixed to the sole so you can walk across rough terrain with ease.
