Avenger: Men's 6" Internal Metatarsal Guard Steel Toe Work Shoe
The exterior of this 6" Avenger work shoe is assembled with full-grain black leather. The lace-up design allows your feet to rest securely within these work shoes and it enables you to alter the fit whenever needed. There is a padded collar for comfort and the footwear's tongue will prevent small items from proceeding into the interior.
Falling objects are no match for this safety footwear; these Avenger work shoes have been built with a steel toe cap and an internal metatarsal guard. This footwear has met the following ASTM's F2413-05 classifications/standards: I/75 C/75 Protective Toe Classification & able to withstand up to 75 lbs. of impact and compression and, the Metatarsal Guard Standard and its Electrical Hazard standard.
By providing relieving cushioning, the polyurethane footbed is able to ease the impact of your steps. Yet, the insole in this Avenger work shoe is unique, because it also helps to absorb any perspiration that might be building up around your foot. This allows your feet to remain dry and comfortable.
You'll be walking on the Avenger's rubber outsole. It's reinforced with Bondi Heat Thread; this means that this outsole can hold up even when it is exposed to temperatures up to 600 ° Fahrenheit. It also delivers great oil and slip-resistance.

Protective Toe
Impact testing determines the amount of protection to the toe under various foot pounds of force. Compression testing determines the amount of static pressure a steel/composite toe cap can withstand. Our boots are I75/C75
Electrical Hazard
Footwear is built with nail-free construction to help insulate you from the ground to slow down conduction, but is not intended to be primary protection against electric shock. Leather footwear must be dry. Our electrical hazard boots meet and exceed ASTM electrical hazard standards.
Metatarsal Guard
Footwear offering metatarsal protection is designed to prevent or reduce injuries when the toe and metatarsal areas of the foot are exposed to "drop" hazards. Metatarsal protection safety shoes may be constructed with either internal or external metatarsal guards. -
