Mellow Walk Quentin Slip-On Composite Toe Puncture-Resistant Work Shoes keep your feet protected on the job, meeting multiple CSA standards.
The black leather slip-on shoes for men have the professional look you want and are easy to get on and off quickly. They also have safety features you'll appreciate.
These are puncture-resistant work shoes that protect you from sharp objects that you may step on at the work site or factory floor. You also have a composite toe that keeps your toes safe from objects that could fall or be dropped on your foot. In addition to that, you get electric shock resistance and protection from open circuits. These men's work shoes meet CSA standards regarding all of these features.
Standards met: CAN/CSA Z195-11 safety standards to provide puncture resistant protection; CSA Green Triangle meets CSA standards for Grade 1 protective toe and the plate between the outsole and midsole for meets puncture resistance; CSA Omega Rectangle meets CSA standards for electric shock resistance; and CAN/CSA Z95-11 safety standards to provide protection from open circuits. Note that these men's shoes do not meet ASTM F2413 standards.
Despite all these great safety features, these are non-metallic shoes. That's a feature you'll like having if you go through metal detectors on a regular basis.
The shoes have a dual-density polyurethane outsole that provides a cushioned step and is long-lasting. Inside is a Dri-Lex Eco lining with moisture management to help keep your feet dry from sweat.

Protective Toe
Impact testing determines the amount of protection to the toe under various foot pounds of force. Compression testing determines the amount of static pressure a steel/composite toe cap can withstand. Our boots are I75/C75
Electrical Hazard
Footwear is built with nail-free construction to help insulate you from the ground to slow down conduction, but is not intended to be primary protection against electric shock. Leather footwear must be dry. Our electrical hazard boots meet and exceed ASTM electrical hazard standards.
Puncture Resistant
PR footwear reduces the possibility of sharp objects (nails, glass or metal) penetrating through the outsole causing injury to the foot. Protection is provided by a steel or puncture resistant material imbedded in the insole of the footwear.
CSA Approved Soles that provide electric shock resistance
Soles that provide electric shock resistance. Such certified footwear contains a sole and heel design assembly that, at the point of manufacturing, has electrical insulating properties.
CSA Approved - Sole Puncture Protection with Grade 1 Protective Toe
Grade 1 protective toe will withstand up to 125 joules (50 lbs) dropped from 0.6 m. Sole puncture protection is designed to withstand a force of not less than 1200 Newtons (270 lbs) and resist cracking after being subjected to 1.5 million flexes.
