Blundstone Xfoot Steel Toe Met Guard Puncture-Resistant Slip-Resistant Hiking Boots have all the protection you want for work and are ideal for construction sites.

These six-inch, black leather work boots have numerous safety features: a metatarsal guard, puncture resistance, a steel toe and electrical hazard resistance, all of which meet ASTM standards. The boots also have heat-resistant soles to 300 degrees Celsius.

The rubber outsole is slip-resistant and oil-resistant. A molded TPU toe guard helps keep your boots from becoming scuffed. Tough, full Kevlar stitching also helps the men's work boots last for a long time.

The work boots are so good for your feet they are accepted by the American Podiatric Medical Association. The APMA Seal of Acceptance is granted to products found to promote good foot health.

Both the polyurethane midsole and removable polyurethane footbed provide cushioning. Also inside is a steel shank for foot support as you stand for hours or walk back and forth during your day. For added comfort, the hiking boots have a padded collar and padded tongue.

    Protective Toe
    Impact testing determines the amount of protection to the toe under various foot pounds of force. Compression testing determines the amount of static pressure a steel/composite toe cap can withstand. Our boots are I75/C75
    Electrical Hazard
    Footwear is built with nail-free construction to help insulate you from the ground to slow down conduction, but is not intended to be primary protection against electric shock. Leather footwear must be dry. Our electrical hazard boots meet and exceed ASTM electrical hazard standards.
    Metatarsal Guard
    Footwear offering metatarsal protection is designed to prevent or reduce injuries when the toe and metatarsal areas of the foot are exposed to "drop" hazards. Metatarsal protection safety shoes may be constructed with either internal or external metatarsal guards.
    Puncture Resistant
    PR footwear reduces the possibility of sharp objects (nails, glass or metal) penetrating through the outsole causing injury to the foot. Protection is provided by a steel or puncture resistant material imbedded in the insole of the footwear.
