The Iron Age Trowler is a workhorse of a boot. Built to withstand natural elements and manmade challenges, this 6 inch lace-up boot has the quality materials and construction you need to handle the job.
The upper of is made of durable, long-lasting full-grain leather that resists scuffs and chemicals. For added protection against what you might kick up against, SHIFT KICKER™ thermoplastic PU toe caps have the strength to hold up to chemicals and abrasions. A padded ankle guard protects and provides support and structure to ankles.
The Trowler is loaded with safety features. This boot meets ASTM F2413 safety standards for impact, compression with a light weight composite toe, keeping your toes are protected against accidental drops and rolling objects. Also rated for electrical hazards, the Trowler provides resistance to live circuits and wires.
A durable rubber outsole provides exceptional slip resistance to slick and oily surfaces as well as resistance to chemicals, heat, metal chips and abrasion. Whether you are walking on gravel, over a grate or across a slick floor, WEBSTRIKE SR LUGS™ give you the traction you need to remain afoot. And when ready to climb to the next level, the Ladder Latch defined heel in combination with LATCH LUGS™ keep you stable on a ladder.
