Featuring the Aetrex Healthy Three system, the women's Karina provides balance, alignment and comfort packaged in a versatile slip-on shoe with fashionable monk strap.
The Karina has a quality brown leather upper with distinctive monk strap adorned with two decorative antiqued buttons. The strap stretches across the vamp of the shoe, covering a hook-and-loop closure that can open, allowing foot placement, and then be closed, securing fit. Decorative braid detail along the heel peeks from under trousers, elevating the styling of these slip-on shoes for business casual environments. A lightweight EVA midsole provides energy return with each step, and a little lift - with a heel height of 1.3 inches. Adjoined to the midsole is a durable rubber outsole.

The Karina has an Aetrex Orthotic footbed that supports arches, helping to stabilize and align from the foundation-up, and provides relief for common foot pain and plantar fasciitis.
