John Deere Extreme Steel Toe Puncture-Resistant Waterproof Insulated Work Boots combine safety features, waterproofing and insulation in one pair of boots.
The boots have a metatarsal guard that meets ASTM standards. It also meets standards for puncture resistance and has a steel toe that complies with standards for impact and compression.
These boots have both a waterproof membrane and a waterproof leather upper to keep your feet dry.
The nine-inch boots have a heat-resistant rubber outsole. Made with durable welt construction, these boots feature 3M™ reflective trim to make you more visible for additional safety. Toe and heel guards resist abrasions, helping your boots last longer.
Inside are 400 grams of 3M™ Thinsulate™ Ultra Insulation to keep your feet warm during long hours of working outside. The lining is designed to wick away sweat. A removable Orthotic Airflow polyurethane insert and cover make your boots breathable from heel to toe. The steel shank gives your foot stability and supports your arch.

Protective Toe
Impact testing determines the amount of protection to the toe under various foot pounds of force. Compression testing determines the amount of static pressure a steel/composite toe cap can withstand. Our boots are I75/C75
Electrical Hazard
Footwear is built with nail-free construction to help insulate you from the ground to slow down conduction, but is not intended to be primary protection against electric shock. Leather footwear must be dry. Our electrical hazard boots meet and exceed ASTM electrical hazard standards.
Puncture Resistant
PR footwear reduces the possibility of sharp objects (nails, glass or metal) penetrating through the outsole causing injury to the foot. Protection is provided by a steel or puncture resistant material imbedded in the insole of the footwear.
Metatarsal Guard
Footwear offering metatarsal protection is designed to prevent or reduce injuries when the toe and metatarsal areas of the foot are exposed to "drop" hazards. Metatarsal protection safety shoes may be constructed with either internal or external metatarsal guards.
Waterproof
This product is built with quality waterproofing materials to keep you dry in wet environments.
Insulated
Traditional insulation - typically felt or polyfill material offers a thermal barrier without the added benefits of premium insulations. -
