DEFINITIONS AND CONDITIONS: Eligibility requirement for participation in this guarantee is a) minimum purchases from Lehigh Outfitters over the previous twelve months of at least $5,000.00; b) account must be current; c) customer must provide Lehigh Outfitters with proof of prior year’s purchases from a competitor to validate cost savings for year-end comparison – cost comparison will be based on average price per pair of shoes for comparable product; d) customer must initiate problem resolution by calling800-444-4086 and mentioning the Service and Value Guarantee. To file claim customer must complete online claim form found at lehighoutfitters.com/serviceguarantee within 30 days of incident. In the event of inaccurate invoicing, multiple errors per invoice will be considered as one issue only. Gift cards will be paid with 4 non-combinable $50 discount codes for lehighoutfitters.com. Lehigh Outfitters reserves the right to change or cancel this program at any time for any reason and without notice. Limit five $200 gift cards per customer in any twelve-month period.
