One style in particular utilizing the Rocky Mobilite steel toe cap has been the Rocky hiker work boot stock # R6488.  In addition to the Mobilite steel toe cap, Rocky stock # R6488 also has a exceptionally soft upper leather.  The process performed by the leather tannery helps soften the leather lessening the break-in for the wearer.

An additional comfort feature not to be overlooked in Rocky stock # R6488 is its waterproof construction.  It combines a waterproof inner layer with the upper providing a barrier that helps keep water out and feet dry.
