This unique feature allows you to print out a size chart to give a good representation of your size. If all else fails, take advantage of our free return policy to simply exchange the product for the correct size.

Q: Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
A: No worries! All Lehigh sites are backed with sophisticated technologies that allow your personal and credit card information to flow through our site in a secure and protected method. Additionally, we have processes in place that block and shut down fraud orders. Online criminals beware!

Q: Isn’t it just quicker to call the shoe center to have the shoe shipped?
A: Immediate access at your fingertips. With CustomFit, you don’t have to worry about receiving a voice mail at a shoe center or waiting for a truck to visit your location. You can literally order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year. You have access to your CustomFit site all of the time!

Q: How long does the return process take on a web order?
A: Our CustomFit accounts are first and foremost in our minds, so we strive for a 48 hour turnaround from receipt of your return. Additionally, the return process is as easy as 1-2-3! Just logon to one of our sites and click the link at the top for “Free Shipping & Free Returns”.

Q: What if I order a product from the web that is out of stock or discontinued?
A: If there is a stock issue with your order, we will notify you within 48 hours. Not only that, but our highly trained service reps will give you a backorder delivery date and suggest a similar style for replacement. This takes the stress of managing a shoe program off of your shoulders. It’s what we do and oddly enough, it’s what we like to do!

Q: Can I still use my local shoe center for ordering if I have a CustomFit site?
A: Absolutely! We are here to service you with all of our channels, but your best price will come from the web. Since the CustomFit web sites are so easy-to-set-up and user friendly, they take very little labor from our side. In other words, these sites save us time and labor costs and we are passing the discount on to you.

Q: The pricing on the regular Lehigh web sites appears to be the same pricing as what’s on my CustomFit site. Why is that?
A: Excellent observation! The pricing is the same on the front end, but please note that your site may be eligible for an immediate and automatic 10% discount. Talk to one of our service reps about this. You may also want to sign up for our Lehigh mail because there are times during the year where we may offer sales for our consumer base.

Q: Isn’t it easier for a truck to fit multiple employees?
A: In some cases, yes, and we are more than happy to bring a truck for a 20 pair (or more) fitting. If it’s less than 20 pair, the truck is not a profitable solution for either of us, so we strongly suggest that you take advantage of your CustomFit web pricing. You have full control over what you order online, so your employees can still be fully compliant with your company’s safety standards. Additionally, the CustomFit sites don’t take the employee away from their daily duties. They continue to work while we ship their shoes.
